Registration Day
All players are required to complete an online registration form. Even if you plan to attend the Registration Day, you will still need to complete the online form. Limited facilities will be available on the day to allow completion of the form.
CLUB REGISTRATION DAY

You will need to attend registration day in person for the following reasons:
- All new players to the club
- Players required to provide photo's (10's, and players who's photo's are more than 3 years old)
- All players wishing to pay cash
- Any players requiring a uniform (see Uniform page)
All other players will not need to come to the Registration Day, and can just register online.
What to bring:
- All new players (10's and up only) will require two passport photos and a birth certificate.
- Players entering the 10's and players whose existing photos are more than 3 years old are required to bring two passport photos.
St Cath's Age Groups
NET LEARN TO PLAY PROGRAM
A six week Learn To Play Skills Program for Kindergarten children.
The program will run for approximately one hour from 3.30 on a Thursday afternoon starting on Friday 5th April 2018 at Seymour Shaw, with a break for school holidays, returning 3rd May.
No uniform is required.
All players will receive a small gift at the end of the program.

NET Netball
For Year One kids, or younger kids with more confidence &/or experience, the Net players can participate in a round robin event which helps get the girls used to normal game play. This is played during the normal winter season at Seymour Shaw on a Saturday @ 12pm, beginning 19th May, running for 10 weeks.
Players will be split into teams based on skill and number of players. We try to accommodate playing with friends where possible.
No uniform is required - St Cath's school sports uniform (yellow shirt/blue skort) is used for Saturday round robin games.
Players will be invited to attend the St Cath's end of season presentation at the completion of the winter season.

set Netball - 8's and 9's
For players turning 8 or 9 during 2018 calendar year, teams participate in a modified rules competition on Saturday mornings at Seymour Shaw. The competition runs for the full season, beginning 7th April, with breaks during school holidays and long weekends. There are no official results or competition ladder, and no finals.
Players will be split into teams based on skill and number of players. We try to accommodate playing with friends where possible.
Players will be invited to attend the St Cath's end of season presentation at the completion of the winter season.

go netball - 10's
For 10's, although still part of the Net Set Go program, teams will participate in graded competition at Bellingara. The competitions runs for the full season, beginning 7th April, with breaks during school holidays and long weekends. Game results are recorded, and based on competition ladder, teams may participate in finals series (semi / final / grand final).
Depending on the number of players, players in this age group may be required to attend club grading to assign teams.
Teams will need to participate in SSNA grading to assign appropriate competition levels.
Players will be invited to attend the St Cath's end of season presentation at the completion of the winter season.

juniors - 11's to 16's
Full graded competition on a Saturday morning at Bellingara. The competitions runs for the full season, beginning 7th April, with breaks during school holidays and long weekends. Game results are recorded, and based on competition ladder, teams may participate in finals series (semi / final / grand final).
Depending on the number of players, players in this age group may be required to attend club grading to assign teams.
Teams will be assigned a grade based on recommendations provided by the club, and previous team / player experience.
Players will be invited to attend the St Cath's end of season presentation at the completion of the winter season.

seniors - 18's and over
Full graded competition at Bellingara. Any players wishing to participate in seniors will need to submit a block team registration. Individual players are not accepted as we cannot guarantee a full team.

Block Team Registration
Block registration of a team is mandatory for seniors. St Catherine's allows block registration of teams aged 8 yrs and up, however due to player numbers teams may be asked to accommodate addtional players.
If you would like to "block register" a team, please download and complete the Block Registration Form, and then either email the completed form to stcathsnetball@gmail.com or print and bring along to the registration day.
NOTE: Each player must still register on-line individually.

Fees for the club are used to cover SSNA insurance and registration fees, as well as equipment provided by the club (netball bibs, balls and training gear). Player fees also assist to cover the mandatory SSNA insurance costs for non-players (team managers and coaches), as well as end of season functions and other club costs. We aim to keep our playing costs as low as possible, and do not seek to make a profit for the club.
Registration Information
2019 Active Kids Program
This year the government has introduced the Active Kids program which provides a $100 voucher to assist covering the costs of kids sports. The rebate is available for all school aged children (4.5 - 18 years).
This program is now available but you must first apply for a code from the Active Kids website.
